SHOPPING POLICY 1. After full payment has been made, you cannot cancel your order or change your order. 2. Maximum payment for an order is 3x24 hours after you receive our total price confirmation. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically from our system. 3. Please allow 2-5 business days to process your ready stock order once we receive your payment confirmation. SHIPPING POLICY 1. We are unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment. 2. The products will be shipped during our working days. There is no delivery on Sunday and public holidays. 3. We use JNE Shipping Company as our domestic shipping service. 4. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. 5. We are not responsible if there is a problem in delivery process made by customer itself, such as wrong destination, incomplete address, no recipient at the address, or the recipient rejects the goods. We affirm to every customer to provide an accurate recipient address. 6. All applicable custom fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 1. Please kindly notify us first by contact us before returning the items back to our office. 2. Claims must be reported to us within two business days of your received date. Customers may be asked to provide a valid reason for claiming a refund or an exchange. 3. We do not accept refund nor exchange because missing items or items damaged in shipment. But when it happens, you may contact us immediately. 4. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition in its original packaging. Items must not be worn, not be washed, and must have tags attached in order to be accepted. 5. Item that was shipped different from your order because of our company’s mistake (color, model, and size) can be exchanged. Special for this issue, incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. 6. Return and exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for the below/other issues: 7. We accept size exchanges. Please read size description to prevent this happening. For an exchange, you need to pay the additional shipping fees. 8. You need to return or exchange your product within 7 days of our ship date. If the period is over, we will charge you for any replacement item, a 25% fee from our original product price applies for an exchange. 9. Please allow 5-18 business days to process your exchange once we receive your return. 10. We're sorry, sale items, and limited items are non-refundable and non-replaceable. 11. We will exchange with the same model and color while stocks last. If the items are out of stock, we will give you another option with same/higher price. Additional price is subjected to customer. 12. We urge you to send the tracking number of your return, we will not be responsible for lost returns. 13. We will exchange after we have received and check the item(s). All requirements must be followed. The returned item(s) will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return.
